July 27, 2007 - New York - Manhattan Software, Inc. a full service provider of a web-based global integrated workplace management system (IWMS), today announced the rollout of a new management structure to accommodate its growing North American operations. Manhattan Software North America will also be relocating of the Company's headquarters to its Boston office.

Although CRM was created for the sales and marketing of products and services to external customers, it has tremendous applicability to facility management. Based on the work that Manhattan Software has done with global organizations in the implementation of their Integrated Workplace Management Solutions (IWMS), this session addresses the need for technology to be woven into a CRM framework. Learn how CRM is a method to align FM performance with shareholder value. Drawing upon Gartner Inc.'s "Eight Building Blocks of CRM," this session defines the Customer Experience Design Team and how this group creates and implements a CRM project.
