Manhattan Software North America will also be relocating of the Company's headquarters to its Boston office.

Installation: Manhattan can be installed as part of your IT infrastructure, or on a secure Application Service Provider (ASP) basis via the Internet. The Manhattan ASP service offers the FlexASP® option which enables you to select service components that meet your specific requirements, and expand the services as the needs arise in the future.
Implementation:
The Manhattan implementation team consists of knowledgeable consultants with extensive experience in the real estate industry and with the Manhattan application. Our approach is to provide an implementation team run by a suitably qualified project manager and supplemented by various subject matter experts who can rapidly understand the business issues and objectives and advise on how best to optimize the Manhattan solution. We also leverage our relationship with WCI Consulting, a specialist business analytics and reporting firm, to ensure what goes into Manhattan can be readily accessed and reported on in a timely fashion.
